How will I track my order?

You will receive tracking number via email and sms once the order is processed from our warehouse.
Please wait for 48 hours before raising ticket for tracking info.

Which payment methods can I use to place order?

At Urbantrendsz.store we provide Cash on delivery, UPI, Cards and Net Banking as payment methods to place order.

What if I want to return the product

We have a hassle free 5 days return policy. You can email or call us at our support number within 48 hours of receiving the product.

When will I receive my ordered items?

For Prepaid orders: We offer FREE DELIVERY for Prepaid Customers.
There is no order verification time.
We will ship your order within 1 day,
and we will try to get it delivered to you within 3–4 days.

For CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS:For those who prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), we offer two options to suit your needs:

Please note that COD orders require a verification process, so expect 1-2 days for order verification, an additional day for processing, and a total delivery time of about one 4 to 5 days.
