✅ Returns-

• Items can be returend within 7 days of delivery.
  

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team 9021051476 or urbantrendsz.store@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.

🔁 Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues depending on stock availability.

• To exchange a product, please raise a request within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, beauty products, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

💸 Refunds

• Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
